Mounjaro prices UK: every dose, every provider, one grid

Across the 24 regulated online providers we track, the 2.5 mg starter pen currently runs from £145.99 to £229 for four weekly doses. The 5 mg pen — the first maintenance strength — runs £173.99 to £259, and the top 15 mg strength runs £288.99 to £359. Fourteen providers also discount your first month, so the price you pay in month one is often lower than the ongoing figure.

As of 4 July 2026, Click2Pharmacy posts the lowest ongoing price at all six pen strengths — from £145.99 at 2.5 mg to £288.99 at 15 mg. First months are a different contest: Chemist4U (£122), Pharmacy2U (£124.99) and our recommended provider The Weight Clinic (£125 with code NEWME) all undercut it on the first pen. Which is genuinely cheapest for you depends on how many months you stay.

Every provider on our grid dispenses the same UK-licensed manufacturer stock. The gap — currently £85.01 a month at the 5 mg strength — comes from what each business builds into its price: margin, prescriber time, coaching apps, packaging and marketing. Pricing in this market hasn't converged yet, which is precisely why a comparison grid earns its keep.

They're real discounts — 14 of the 24 providers currently take something off your first pen, from £10 to £75. But a starter discount is a one-off, and the ongoing price is what you'll pay every month after. Our advice as resident spreadsheet people: run the sum over six or twelve months before deciding. No. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine. UK providers typically require a BMI of 30+, or 27+ alongside a weight-related condition, and most ask for photo or video verification before prescribing. A prescriber reviews every order and can decline it — The Weight Clinic, our recommended provider, refunds you if that happens. Be sceptical of anywhere that suggests approval is automatic.

Yes, in the sense that matters: everyone we list is a GPhC-registered pharmacy or a CQC-regulated clinic dispensing genuine manufacturer pens, so a lower price doesn't mean a lesser medicine. What does differ is the service around it — delivery, check-ins, clinical support — so read those columns too. What we'd never do is point you at unregulated sellers or "compounded" tirzepatide; that's where real danger lives.
