About Mounjaro Compare

We're the people who put every UK Mounjaro price in one grid — because nobody should pay £85 a month more for the same pen out of sheer inertia.

What this site is

Mounjaro Compare is a specialist price-comparison site for one medicine: Mounjaro (tirzepatide) in the UK. We track all six pen strengths — 2.5 mg to 15 mg — across 24 regulated online providers, which works out at 144 individual prices, plus every first-month offer and discount code we can verify. Then we do the arithmetic that headline prices are designed to make you skip: six-month step-up totals, annualised gaps, offer-versus-ongoing comparisons.

Other comparison sites cover the whole weight-loss-jab market. We went the other way: one drug, covered deeper than anyone else. If a UK provider publishes a Mounjaro price, our aim is for it to be on our grid.

How the ranking works

Simply: ascending by price. The cheapest ongoing price sits at the top of each comparison and no provider can pay to move up — the order is generated from the numbers, and the numbers come from providers' own published pricing. The one visually distinct row is The Weight Clinic, pinned as our recommended provider. That's an editorial judgement about the overall package (monthly video reviews, refund if declined, £35 first-order code) and it's labelled as a recommendation, never disguised as a price rank. Its row shows its real prices like everyone else's.

Where the numbers come from

Every price is taken from the provider's own pricing page, recorded per pen (four weekly doses), and stamped with the date we last checked — currently 4 July 2026. We list only GPhC-registered pharmacies and CQC-regulated clinics. We don't list unregulated sellers, and we don't list "compounded" tirzepatide products, full stop: outside regulated channels you lose every safeguard that makes these medicines safe to use.

Prices move between our checks. When you spot a stale one, tell us — corrections genuinely are our favourite emails.

We are not a pharmacy, a clinic or a prescriber. We don't sell, supply or dispense anything, and nothing here is medical advice. Mounjaro is a prescription-only medicine: whether it's right for you is a decision for a qualified prescriber, informed by your GP or pharmacist. Our lane is the numbers — we stay in it.
